1. This privacy policy outlines the terms under which the Rotaract
Club of UNSW ("Rotaract UNSW" and "Club") collects and uses any
personal information ("Information") volunteered by you ("User")
via any official Rotaract UNSW media. This includes, but is not
limited to:
1.1 The Rotaract UNSW website www.rotaractunsw.org
1.2 Any online form issued by Rotaract UNSW
1.3 Correspondance with any Rotaract UNSW office bearer ("Office
Bearer")
1.3.1 An Office Bearer is defined to be a current Rotaract UNSW
member who holds a position on the Club board. These members are
published on the Contact
page
1.4 Any ticket purchase facilitated by TryBooking.com on behalf of
Rotaract UNSW.
2. All Information collected by Rotaract UNSW may be stored both
securely online via Google Apps and via physical media.
2.1 Rotaract UNSW is not responsible for the security of the Google

3. Rotaract UNSW will only permit full and discrete access to all
Information to a current Office Bearer.
3.1 Rotaract UNSW may grant selected access to Information to
Organising Team members. This will be on a per needs basis for the
organisation and execution of a Club event.
4. Any Club member who has a degree of access to Information is
permitted to use the Information for the purpose of communication
and for the organisation and execution of a Club event.
4.1 Where access to Information was granted for a specific event,
the access may be used for the purpose of that Club event
only.
5. The User withholds the right to access all Information stored by
Rotaract UNSW, collected by the Club from the User.
5.1 The User withholds the right to request deletion of all
Information outlined in 5.
5.2 Rotaract UNSW withholds the right to retain any demographical
Information at outlined in 5.3, for the purposes of Club
matters.
5.3 Demographical Information may include:
5.3.1 Occupation and tertiary course program Information.
5.3.2 Any interests indicated on the Club's registration form.
5.3.3 All Rotary and Rotaract club information.
6. Rotaract UNSW reserves the right to ammend this Privacy Policy
at any time without notice.
