It
is planned to assist this community to help themselves by providing
permanent housing, utilities and skill training to allow them to
become a productive and self-sustaining community, producing food,
employment and surplus income.
Residents
of the Village will operation on the principal 'no work - no homes
- no pay'. Active contribution to the project will determine those
who share the benefits.
