All the assets of The BA Rotary Club's Village is vested unto BA VILLAGE TRUST.

There are strict rules on the usage of Matching Grant Funds and other Grants which are designed for Rotacottages or for specific purposes. Thus far the project is enjoying three grants.

The first grant was for $71,000.00 being from the Rotary Foundation for 14 Rota-cottages. This funding is being managed by World Community Service Committee of District 9920.

The second Grant was for $60,000.00 for the Fish Farm and ancillary Projects. This funding is being managed by World Community Service Committee of District 9920.

The third Grant is for $50,000 to build 8 Rota-cottages by the Canada Fund. This grant is managed by the Ba Rotary Village Trust.

Messrs. Nandha & Company the Chartered Accountants of Nadi are the auditors of the Project.
