The allocation of Rotacottages shall be made according to rules adopted by the World Community Service Committee. They are:

1.
Recipients must live in the homes.

Ba Village cottages
2.
First preference shall be given to destitutes who are on welfare from the Welfare Department.
3.
Contribution from Destitute widows and those mentioned in item 2 shall be From the Poverty alleviation fund by the Government
4.
Criteria adopted by the Rotary Foundation shall be adhered to
5.
The Trustees have decided that:
55% of the homes shall allocated to persons under the poverty line.
30% to selected registered destitutes approved by the Welfare Dept.
15% to educated persons above the poverty line who may be able to contribute positively towards the management of the village.
6.
All leasing will have to be consented by the Lands Department
