The Whitehorse Farmers' Market is held in the grounds of the Nunawading Civic Centre on the second Sunday of each month.

The market provides the community with direct access to fresh farm-origin and organic food products and gives suppliers a local venue for business.

The whole community receives a range of economic, social and health benefits from the market with a commitment by Rotary to put all the funds they raise towards community projects in Whitehorse.

Digital Photography Course

Make the most of your Digital Camera - Enrol in an "Introductory Course on Photography & Digital Imagery".

Access to a PC is a basic requirement, and whilst having a digital camera is an advantage, a 35 mm SLR will suffice. Students considering the purchase of a camera would be well advised to wait as valuable advice on basic camera requirements will be provided, and will probably influence such a decision.

These courses are aimed at the keen amateur photographer and are designed and overseen by a professional photographer. The courses are held at the Victoria Police Academy, Glen Waverley.
