The District has provided a number of documents to assist clubs in the promotion of membership growth. These documents are intended to be adapted by clubs for their own use. District documents are published in Microsoft Word 97+ format, so that they can be edited to include individual club details. Word documents can be imported into most non-Microsoft word processors (such as Lotus WordPro, WordPerfect etc). If you do not have access to suitable Word Processor then try OpenOffice.org (full office suite) or AbiWord. Both are free for download and work in Windows, MacOS X, Linux and other operating systems.

RI documents are published in Adobe Acrobat format. With free Adobe Acrobat Reader software, you can view and print Adobe PDF files across a broad range of hardware and operating systems (including Windows, Macintosh, and popular variants of Unix).
