CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE / CONTINUANCE ON TOUR

I (name).............................. from (country).......................... wish to attend the 2004 tour.

I have read and agree to the following conditions.

1. I accept the authority and will follow the instructions of the Rotary chaperones.
2. I will follow all rules as directed by the bus company and their representitves, the driver and cook. Including:
   1. No chewing gum on coach.
   2. No food or soft drinks to be taken on coach. Water and lollies only.
   3. No pushing knees into back of seat, leaning over back of seats, or sitting on arms.
   4. No loud music on coach, individual walkmans with headphones allowed.
   5. Lights out at 10:30 pm.
   6. Students will help with loading and unloading of the coach each day.
3. I will speak English at all times on the coach and when with tour groups.
4. I will respect the rights of the other members of the group.
5. I will follow the specified luggage limit of one large bag (supplied by Rotary), one small bag (same standard as "airport carry-on luggage"), to be taken onto the bus.
6. I will be responsible for washing my own clothes and eating utensils. I will also work as a team member to help the cook and packing of coach as rostered.
7. I will not consume alcohol or illegal drugs while on tour.
8. I understand that smoking is not permitted on the coach, in tents and other sleeping quarters, public places or on tours. (If you must smoke it must be away from the group.)
9. I will be prepared to move to a new coach seat each day with a different partner.
10. I agree to share a tent with another student and will rotate to share with different students (Male and female students are not to mix for any reason in tents and other sleeping facilities.)
11. I will not invite strangers into the camp. Any visitors must have prior approval from the tour chaperones.
12. I will keep with the group and never go off on my own and I will not enter other camps.
13. I will treat Aboriginals with respect and not take photos of them without their permission.
