Not sure that you received this message I sent back in August concerning the status of the water project. I have included the contents as follows:

I have good news for you concerning our Matching Grant Water Filtration Project. We have completed the work and together with Larry James we commissioned the system on August 21st. Larry has trained the site personnel and established email contact at the school to assist if necessary.
I am currently on travel in the States and will not return to Fiji until after September 18th. I need to tally up all costs to date and forward them to you. I have brought most of the dockets with me so I hope to get this done in the next few weeks.
Also, I plan to submit a formal completion report to you. It will include a summary of our direct costs on our end as well as photos and a letter of thanks from the school. They are very happy and we all hope the system performs up to all expectations. If all goes as planned we hope to utilize this technology in future water projects.
The school will be planning a formal dedication of the water supply system some time in mid to later October after our key team members return from overseas travel. We would enjoy your presence at this event if timing and travels permit and will advise you of the dates when we coordinate with the school. Otherwise we will forward photos for your club’s use.
Please advise as to what additional information you need from our club to close this project and complete Matching Grant formalities.

So Frank I am obviously back in Fiji now and am tidying up the bits and pieces of this project. A few small things left to do such as final painting of filter building, place Rotary decal in prominent place, put "POTABLE DRINKING WATER ONLY" signs on new water taps, and finalize the expenditures accounts for the project. I will forward our accounts to you shortly. What else do you need to close out the Matching Grant?
Since returning to Fiji, I have visited the school to see how the water filtration project is performing. I am happy to say that despite terrible weather with low sun conditions, the system was still producing filtered water and pumping to our header tank. The school management is very happy and the staff and children are using the filtered water daily.
The school has asked us to select a date for the official dedication of the system. I suspect it would occur in the next 30 days or so. I wanted to make sure that your club received an invite to attend if there was any chance you or any club member was, or could be, in Fiji. We can provide accommodations at no cost, so just let us know if this is something you can do and what the preferred dates would be.
Larry James took some really nice photos since my camera was broken during his visit. Perhaps you can get them from him. Otherwise, I have attached a few of my own.
