Club Service 2007 - 2008 (Director - Ivan Kelly)

·         Attendance - we will continue to improve and hopefully have one or more Club meetings with a 100% attendance

·         Club Bulletin - will endeavour to maintain a high standard and we will encourage members to contribute and support the Bulletin Committee

·         District Conference - encourage a strong representation of members and partners at the District Conference and have an increase in the number of attendees who attended this year’s Conference

·         Fellowship - is a very important part of our Club and we will continue to support and care for our members and partners, especially those who are ill

·         Membership - our District is seeking a 10% increase, we will strive to achieve this target.  A major priority will be the retention of our members

·         Programs - it is critical to have interesting weekly programs as this will ensure regular attendance that leads to strong fellowship in the Club

·         Public Relations - to continue to promote our Club's profile in the local media and with local organisations

·         Rotary Awareness - promote Rotary through our Club Bulletin and Rotary Awareness Week and the local media

·         Welfare Officer position - is important to our Club and Gary Raymond will continue to keep us informed about those members and partners who are ill

·         Child Protection Officer (CPO) - our Child Protection officer will ensure all members have completed the required documentation and are aware of their responsibilities

·         Risk Management and Assessment (RMA) - our RMA Committee will undertake a review in conjunction with our members of all our Club activities/functions and document the findings
