Members of the Club are indebted to Noel and
Margaret for making their home available and going to much trouble
to ensure that Noel and
Margaret had cooked the beef and lamb shanks with hangi style
cooking in their garden. In traditional
hangi cooking, meat and vegetables
The New Zealand influence was introduced
with a Maori haka by Doug Thomas and John Tunnicliff, then the
traditional rubbing of noses by everyone, The above combined with an excellent variety of food and some good fellowship and fun ensured that everyone had a most enjoyable time.
