Charmaine White - Paul Harris Fellow

Charmaine was honoured with the presentation of a Paul Harris Fellowship at a farewell function held on 15 January 2011. The presentation was made by Paul O'Neill, President of the Parkwood Rotary Club,  who referred  to the tremendous service of Charmaine as a member of the club. She was ready and willing to assist with every aspect of the club's service, including as a volunteer in a Medical Mission to Kenya in 2008.  Charmaine served as Administration Director, including personal responsibility for the preparation of the weekly bulletin and organisation of guest speakers. She was always available to take her part in  local service projects. In addition to her Rotary involvement she is a loving mother and grandmother and last year graduated with a degree in dentistry. President Paul referred to Charmaine as an outstanding citizen and Rotarian and extended best wishes to her from the club as she departs to take up an appointment as a dentist at Narooma, NSW.
