Cruise for Cancer 2009 - Successful Wrap up...Bring on 2010!

A cheque of $20,000 was presented to Gayle Evans from Cancer Council Queensland by President of Toowoomba City Rotary Club, Maree Schwerin  and Guy Corney – director of Darling Downs Harley Owners Group from the recently run ’Cruise for Cancer’. Since the ‘Cruise’ has been running over $120,000 has been donated to the Cancer Council from the yearly event.  The raffle run in conjunction with the day was drawn at the function.

Thank you to our many sponsors including Suncorp Metway, Boyd Yung Motorcycles, Win Television, Pattons Meats, Me-N-U Catering, Colin Mackay the Good Guys & St Josephs College Toowoomba.

The clubs would like to thank the public for their support of  the day and look forward to the continued support in 2010.
