Art and Photography Show

|
The Art show is normally held in the July school holidays (first 2 weeks of July) The Rotary Club of Blackwood Arts Show has been in existence since March 1984. From the beginning it has been an outstanding success, providing opportunities for local artists to display and sell their work and for the people of Blackwood and surrounding areas to come and view the fine work on display. The Show is held during the mid year school break, usually utilizing the facilities of the Blackwood High School. Over recent years, the number of art pieces exhibited has been in the region of 600 with approximately 300 artists providing entries. The current
Art Show is for paintings and photographs only, although in the past sculpture and pottery have
been on display as well.
