Recent and ongoing Community Projects of the Rotary Club of Campbelltown

ROTARY WALK The River Torrens Linear Park provides pathways and recreational areas along the 34km length of the River Torrens from the Torrens Gorge at Athelstone to the sea at West Beach. In association with the City of Campbelltown our club has installed over 20 comfortable park benches together with commemorative plaques, describing historical aspects of the area, along the beautiful stretch of the River Torrens from the Gorge to Fourth Creek.

This seat is at Athelstone the upstream start of the River Torrens Linear Park, where the Rotary Walk was 'opened' on 30 October 1994. Other clubs have installed seating in their areas of the Linear Park. The pictures below are from the Fourth Creek end.
