District Governor Nominee for 2009-2010 In accordance with the rules of Rotary International and the ByLaws of Rotary International District 9520 Inc, I declare current President Richard Cuttle of the RC of Onkaparinga duly nominated as this District’s candidate for the position of District Governor 2009-10. He will be elected to that position at the appropriate Rotary International Convention upon completion of the required training. On behalf of everyone in the District I extend hearty congratulations to President Richard and Karina on this nomination. The nominating Committee is confident they will serve the District well and we wish them every success as they prepare for and are involved in Dick’s year of District Governorship.
