The administrative and co-ordinating arm of Rotary Trees for Survival will no longer be operating after June 2000. This website is intended to fill as many of the gaps as possible as far as information, contact people and organisations are concerned. Please e-mail rotarnet@nb.au.com for help. Every
project requires a coordinator to pull together the many different pieces
that combine to support the given activity. Information relevant to a
specific location and appropriate advice is vital to the success of the
project. |

You will find expert advice available through Greening Australia (see 'Contact People and Organisations' in the 'Existing Shadehouse' section). Greening Australia is also able to offer help with Natural Heritage Trust funding through their 'Bushcare Support' officers. Your local council / municipal shire often have environment officers who can advise about bushcare or landcare groups, or their own environmental initiatives and if anyone is collecting seed locally. Your local landcare coordinator knows about which landcare groups are active in your area, they can also offer advice about state government funding opportunities. Contact your state's department of the environment to make contact with your local landcare co-ordinator. The
office of Rotary International can advise which is your local Rotary
Club and provide contact details. Phone Rotary International on (02) 9635
