You will see three folders, your site pages are inside the www folder and this is where you will transfer your images
Your database is inside the odbc folder, for now please don‘t attempt to do anything  to the database we can teach you this later if you need to know
The logs folder is simply a record of what has occurred on your domain
Open the www folder by double clicking

Now you are connected
There are folders already insitu which contain various parts of your site
You need to open the images folder (double click) and then follow your instructions for transferring copies of your images into the appropriate place by clicking on the file on YOUR side local) and hitting the arrow pointing towards the remote computer.
New images with the same name will over-ride older images

To safeguard anything old on the remote computer while you check that the new one is Ok, simply change the name of the old file by clicking on the remote side rename button (which may be greyed out until you select a file) and putting the day date in front – so (eg) 070217name.jpg).  Please remove these unwanted images when you are happy with the new ones.
